翻譯內容：．使用目的と裝置概要本裝置は、透析器を用いて血液中から有害物質を除去することを目的として使用される透析型人工腎臓裝置のうち、市販の濃厚灌流液と清浄水とを混合し、所定組成の透析液を造成する機能と濃度制御、又透析液を患者の體溫に近い溫度まで加溫する機能と溫度制御、透析器へ流入させる透析液の流量調節、血液回路內圧（以下「靜／動脈圧（PD圧）」と記す）、透析液回路內圧（以下「透析液圧」と記す）等をモニタする機能を有すると共に、患者の體質、狀態に応じて主にアセテート透析とバイカーボ透析の２つの療法を選択して行う事が可能な個人用透析裝置である。本裝置は、特にチャンバ方式によって、透析器の膜以外には出口のない密閉系を作り、この密閉系から除水するポンプを制御する事により透析効率を下げることなく患者からの除水量を自動制御する機能を備えている。2. 世聯翻譯為 北京東方凱明醫療科技有限公司提供翻譯服務東方凱明醫療科技有限公司系執信集團公司旗下的獨立法人公司，專業經營醫院檢驗科設備。主營產品：Sysmex公司凝血分析儀，糖化血紅蛋白分析儀，尿液分析儀，Sebia公司電泳儀。我們依靠過硬的產品質量以及優質的售后服務，使我們產品占有了50%以上的市場份額，得到了廠家的充分肯定翻譯內容：1.1 These terms and conditions, terms and conditions on the face of this Agreement , and plans, specifications or other documents attached or incorporated by reference on the face of this Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between Quintiles and Seller. Quintiles hereby objects to and rejects any different or additional terms (including any general terms Seller may have included in any document attached to or incorporated on the face of this Agreement ) suggested before or after issuance of this Agreement . This Agreement shall become binding when accepted by Seller’s acknowledgement or commencement of performance hereunder. Handwritten changes on this document shall be ignored and have no legal effect unless initialed by authorized representatives of both parties. If this Agreement was made pursuant to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) or Request for Bid (“RFB”), the following order of precedence shall apply: (1) this Agreement and its Attachments and Exhibits (if any), (2) Quintiles’ RFP or RFB, and (3) Seller’s Response to Quintiles’ RFP or RFB.
