一、            PTFE微孔薄膜簡介Introduction to PTFE Microporous Membrane

PTFE微孔薄膜由高結晶度的PTFE分散料，經過擠壓、縱向拉伸、橫向拉伸，最終形成帶有立體三維結構的薄膜。其孔徑在0.02～5um之間，薄膜厚度在8～30um，孔隙率在80～97%之間。

PTFE micro-porous membrane is made up of high crystallinity PTFE fine powder and shaped into 3D structure through compressing, vertical and horizontal stretching. The membrane pore size is between 0.02~5μm, thickness is 8~30μm and porosity is between 80~97%.

高耐水壓力：在20次水洗以后，按美國ASTM D751-2006標準測定：C型達20,000mm耐水壓力。S型可達67,000mm耐水壓力，已達美國MIL-DTL-31011B水平（美國軍方標準），特別適用于軍、警、消防官兵服裝。

High Water Resistance

According to ASTMD7751-2006, water resistance for type C reaches 20,000mm H₂O and Type S reaches up to 67,000mm H₂O after 20 times washing, which meets the standard of US MIL-DTL-31011B. Therefore, it becomes ideal material to make uniforms for army, police and firefighting.

 

高透濕/透氣性：洗滌前透濕量（汗液形成的水蒸氣）按日本標準JISL099B1標準測試，C型達5000g/m²·24h以上,S型達7500g/m²·24h以上。

High breathability / Air Permeability

According to JISL099B1, the moisture breathability for Type C reaches over 5000g/m²·24h and Type S over 7500g/m²·24h before washing.

 

高耐用性：金由iTEX高性能PTFE微孔薄膜，由于在生產過程經過的特殊的處理，使其具有極好的防油污性能。即使多次洗滌劑水洗后，仍具有高耐水壓優點。解決了目前中國國內市場上一般PTFE面料，經水洗后耐水壓急劇下降的難題，使用壽命大大延長。

High Durability

Jinyou iTEX PTFE membrane has excellent oil and stain repellence due to special treatment. It also maintains high water resistance after being washed many times by detergent.
